Most of the advertising for The Salvation Army speaks to the donor, but this campaign speaks directly to those in need; informing them of where to find shelter, food, and hope.
This campaign launched in major cities such as Denver, Las Vegas, Chicago, and Seattle. The result was a dramatic increase in traffic through their shelters and feeding programs.
Along with people's needs being met, many potential donors and supporters got a glimpse of the scale, effort, and heart of The Salvation Army in their local community.

True Transformers fans loved this one because we packed it with jokes that we knew only a select few would get. The song by Stan Bush "The Touch" was the main song in the 1986 Transformers animated movie.

Salvation Army Infographic Cards
The Salvation Army needed a way to quickly share the scope of who they are as a charity and what they do.
This set of infograpic flash cards armed them with a way to share their story quickly.
With Samuel L. Jackson as the host, ESPN wanted to find a way to shed light on the fact that the ESPYs is an award show for the fan. So we gave the fan their own agent to make sure they get the best seats, the best plays, and are treated with the respect they deserve.
This mini documentary showcases some of the valuable work that The Salvation Army does in Haiti.

A friend of mine had an idea to create an app that tells you where it's 5:00 in the world - it's always 5 o'clock somewhere, right?
He had a different artist for each city. I chose to create art for Seoul.
This video for The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers that shows the perspective of kids whose parents have gone through rehab at The Salvation Army. It's a viewpoint that not many consider when they donate their clothes and goods - they might know that those donations help people get on their feet, but it's unlikely they realize how much of an impact those donations make on families and children.

These are a few select illustrations from an agency Christmas card that I made which told the story of how Santa's brand image was in great trouble and Christmas was on the verge of being canceled. Thankfully, Santa's helpers pulled an all nighter and re-branded Santa, which lead to a increase in awareness of old Saint Nick, thus saving Christmas.
